Leek Wootton Scouts The Scout Troop is the third section in Scouting and is for young people aged between 10½ and 14. Scouts take part in a wide range of activities as part of their programme, from archery to expeditions.

Scouting is about being with friends, as part of a team, participating fully in the adventure and opportunities of life.

Leek Wootton Explorers If you're 14 to 18 and want to enjoy Scouting you can do so by joining Explorer Scouting. As an Explorer Scout you get to take part in all the usual great Scouting activities such as kayaking, climbing, orienteering... as well as work on projects helping to support your local community. You can also, if you choose, get more closely involved in working with the younger Sections as a Young Leader.
Leek Wootton Beavers Beaver Scouts are young people usually aged between six and eight years old. They belong to the first and youngest Section in the Scouting family; the Beaver Scout Colony.
Easily recognised by their distinctive turquoise sweatshirts, Beaver Scouts enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others.
Leek Wootton Cubs Cubs are young people usually aged from between eight and 10½ years old. They belong to the Cub Pack. They get the chance to try lots of new skills like map reading, archery and orienteering, as well as learning about the importance of healthy eating, keeping fit and their community. They go out on trips and walks and once a year go camping as a Pack, sleeping in tents and doing loads of outdoor activities.

Each section meets weekly and also gets together for other special occasions. Sections participate in extra activities such as swimming galas, football matches and District camps. We are part of the Kenilworth District, which is in turn part of the Warwickshire County.
